Cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation of the order is possible within 48 hours of purchase.
Refun is possible only in EU countries, with the buyer bearing the cost of return postage. Return from countries that are not in the European Union, unfortunately, is currently not possible due to customs.

All items will be shipped via Croatian post registered Air mail. If you want some other option, contact me before payment so that I can inform you about potential extra fee.
Since every piece is made by hand, packages will be shipped within 17 business days after receiving your payment (except for custom orders and items that are complicated to create).
